METHOD
- Whisk the Peggies Vanilla Matcha with the hot water until smooth and frothy.
- Warm and froth the milk with the honey and a tiny pinch of sea salt.
- Pour the milk into the matcha and stir.
- Top generously with marshmallows.
- Toast the marshmallows with a kitchen torch until golden and lightly caramelised.
