Honeyed peach with a pinch of sea salt to sharpen it up.

METHOD
- Dice the peach and add to a glass with the honey and a small pinch of sea salt.
- Fill the glass with ice and pour in the milk.
- Whisk the Peggies Peach Matcha with 20ml warm water until smooth and frothy.
- Pour the peach matcha over the milk and ice.
- Give it a gentle stir to bring the honeyed peach through the drink.
- Finish with a few fresh peach slices and a tiny pinch of sea salt.
