Strawberries and chocolate shavings over a strawberry matcha cloud.

METHOD
- Fill a glass with ice and pour in the milk.
- Whisk the Peggies Strawberry Matcha with 20ml warm water until smooth and frothy.
- Pour the strawberry matcha over the milk and ice.
- For the cloud, blend or muddle the strawberries with the milk and honey until smooth.
- Froth until light and airy.
- Spoon the strawberry cloud over the top of the matcha.
- Finish with generous shavings of dark or milk chocolate and a fresh strawberry.
PEGGIE'S TIP
For a thicker, creamier cloud, add 20ml light cream before frothing.
